There are no returns or exchanges on any purchases. We are NOT responsible for LOST or misplaced packages.

Once we ship your package it is out of our hands. If you live in an area where you have a hard time recieving mail it is best to ship to a secure location or not order at all. We CANNOT give credit or refunds on lost packages. WE are NOT responsible for any possible customs taxes incurred on International Orders.

Vinyl, Media, Clothing Returns

All vinyl, media and clothing sales are FINAL, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted under any conditions. If you receive a record that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Many records come with a slight warps or pressing nuances due to imperfect presses and distributor storage or rough handling during shipping. We pack our records professionally but once they leave our warehouse it is out of our hands. The post office is not a good agency.
